The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

A small well equipped Gite set over three floors which includes a main bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. The Gite is attached to the main house, high in the mountains of the Southern Alps. The ski stations Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup are nearby aprox 20mins by car Very remote spot perfect for a mountain get away. Venez faire une pause montagnarde dans le Valgo! Ce petit triplex saura vous charmer par sa vue magnifique sur les montagnes et son côté cosy. L'appartement possédant deux escaliers assez raides, nous déconseillons à toutes personnes peu à l'aise avec ceux-ci (enfants en bas âges ou personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les escaliers). Le coin nuit est au deuxième étage tandis que les wc sont en bas. Venez profiter de la montagne !
