Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

We had a nice stay in a nice house, well located in a very nice area. The place is perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. Small point to note: the owner's grandchildren often played near our car and the terrace, which sometimes livened up our quiet moments. That said, the atmosphere remained friendly and the house met our expectations.

We came here for the Annecy volleyball tournament, and my friends and I are leaving with good memories of these moments. Your hospitality deserves more than the 5 stars I give you automatically!! Always concerned about our well-being, you gave us a superb welcome and advice on this weekend with my friends. I have nothing to complain about the accommodation and the amenities available, everything is great and even suitable for a group of 6 boys. We will be delighted to come back for a future occasion.
