Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Located at the very beginning of the Crozon peninsula, about ten kilometers from the ocean, overlooking Menez Hom, come and discover, in its green setting, this pretty Breton farmhouse that we have just refreshed. We offer this accommodation (rated 3 stars) which consists of an equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room with bay windows. Bedroom side, the first consists of a large bed (160 x 200), the second with bunk beds (90 x 180 beds).

This 3* listed cottage consists of a living room dining room with fireplace with wooden stove and two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds. It is equipped with a garden furniture , hammock and barbecue.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

"Ti Mein Glas" is a charming small quiet house completely renovated in 2020, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. We offer dinner and/or breakfast, on request.

Perfect for up to 4 people, it can nevertheless accommodate a family with 3 children. Newly renovated, it combines modern comfort and a warm atmosphere. Its terrace and landscaped garden allow a bucolic getaway a stone's throw from the beaches.

For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. All convenience stores are 800 m from the gite. Our primary residence is on the same grounds and Leon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted on request)

New, modern and bright cottage, in a separate building on our property. Classification: 3-star furnished tourist accommodation Quiet area located 3.5 km from the beaches (coves or beautiful sand beaches), less than1 km from the city center and hypermarket 3 minutes by car. During the months of July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
