Château de Parançay - 15-person lodge

Le Château de Parançay is a lodge and retreat centre located on the side of a small village, in restful and calm surroundings. With 8 rooms it can welcome up to 15 people. This mansion in local style dates back from the 19th century and has been fully renovated in 2022 with ecological and quality materials. It is made of the lodge and the adjacent owners house. You will be able to enjoy the large courtyard with the chicken, dog and cats, and your own private garden with a barbecue.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Our charming Charentaise was originally a school, which has been completely renovated. The house is next to ours with a separate entrance. It is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the A10 highway and 5 minutes from the historic center of Saint-Jean d'Angély with its shops, restaurants and market, and close to the Atlantys Aquatic Center and the Bernouët Leisure Center.
