Enjoy downtown Tours, in one of the oldest neighborhoods 'les Halles'. Very quiet&residential area, yet close to wining&dining area Place Plumereau. Theaters, cinema&opera on walking distance. 1st tramway stop 5mins walk. The apartment is nextdoor to the covered market known for its fresh produce & caterer stands.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby cot and changing table available. All guests are welcome at our place, but there are stairs. For your information, I live on the floor below
