Our cottage is quietly located in a private garden. Its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy panoramic views. Free parking. We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Independent studio on the ground floor of my house. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Room with table, chairs. NO KITCHEN. Fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar provided). Bed & Bath Linen provided Chairs and table outside. wiFi Located in the Parc des Ecrins, Lac de serre ponçon swimming, boating, Queyras Regional Park. Walk. I only accept handi 'hounds. No heating.

The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.
