Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Very nice property with a large garden within the walls in the city of ST MARTIN The hosts are very friendly and communication is ideal. Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

Wonderful home where the smallest detail has been thought out to feel at home. We recharged in this little corner of paradise. Martine and Eric are extremely nice and concerned about hosting (delicate touches left in the accommodation for example). A big THANK YOU we will definitely be back :-))

Very nice cottage, with 3 large bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples, quietly located in a peaceful and green environment. Louis is very kind, accommodating and available. We had a great weekend with friends. The many games (ping pong, pétanque...) and jacuzzi are a plus! Thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very well equipped if you have a toddler there is everything you need and the kitchen is very complete you can really cook. The accommodation is right next to a small square with all amenities. We loved the island of Ré and had a pleasant stay.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. Ideal apartment for a week of relaxation in Sainte-Marie. Clean, very pleasant accommodation and an available and accommodating host in case of an early check-in and late checkout. Only slight downside: access to the swimming pool via an adjacent street that can be avoided by renting the ground floor apartment.

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
