Its location is ideal less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and an 8-minute drive to the Autoroute du Soleil. Large supermarket on the corner and parking spaces. You will be very close to the city center, in a nice and safe neighborhood, with many artists' studios and associative spaces, the Palais Longchamp, its large park and the Museum of Fine Arts.
