We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking.

Located in a green environment, the apartment is conveniently located to enjoy the many activities and hikes of the Pays des Écrins, the shops and market of Vallouise but also Ailefroide for climbers! With its private terrace, you can rest and have lunch in the sun! A communal swimming pool (for a fee) is within walking distance of the apartment. Convenience store within walking distance.

The apartment « Le Serre d’Or » is located right by the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski lifts. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine: ideal for 6 guests. A single bed can be added in the living room. The open kitchen, the south facing balcony with a view on the mountain, the ski/bike locker and the free access to the residence’s swimming pool (open from December to April and in July and August) will ensure a very comfortable stay.
