The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

We had a great stay at Anaïs’ place. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the facilities you might need. It’s well located for sightseeing, and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Catherine for a few days. The listing description matches the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house. Very nice stay in the country house. The cottages are located in a very quiet place and surrounded by fields and forest. The country house has a lot of charm and has all the necessary amenities. The small private terrace is lovely. It was also a pleasure to visit donkey Titou every morning.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Ideal for our stay in the area, it is a very warm accommodation located in a very quiet environment. Our host was welcoming and considerate, he met all of our expectations.

Everything was perfect ! The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, very pleasant, very well-equipped. The children's play area was much appreciated by our daughter. Christine and Philippe's apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean, located in a beautifully wooded residence, very quiet and secure. A garage allows you to park the car safely. We were able to dine on the balcony. Christine was very responsive to the information requested and Philippe welcomed us on arrival. He gave us some great tips such as the hiking trail that leads to the center of Dinard without taking the car as well as the boat shuttle to Saint Malo. Breton specialties as well as a bouquet of flowers offered by Christine and Philippe were waiting for us in the apartment. We feel that they are people who do everything to make their tenants feel at home. This stay was perfect for us with 25/30 degrees all week and an excellent environment. We visited the surroundings, walked a lot, the area is beautiful, we have only one desire, to come back. The city of Dinard is beautiful. Thank you.

An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Just an 8-minute drive from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommended of course for a stopover in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).

we had a lovely stay at Frédéric and Rozenn's place very warm welcome, Frédéric took the time to introduce us to the accommodation. ideally located accommodation, close to the beach and path. close to places of discovery ( Paimpol, Bréhat ...etc). green and bucolic environment. I would recommend it without a second thought!
