Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer

We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Exceptional views! The apartment is functional, tastefully arranged, the bedding is comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach, the location is great I recommend it!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! The apartment - bright - offers stunning sea views. It is ideal for enjoying Saint-Malo and its surroundings. Marie allowed us to access the apartment earlier and gave us good tips. Recommended without hesitation!

Claudia and Stephanie were very responsive , friendly and helpful as was Mikaela who met me at the property. The apartment is so charming and lovely Absolutely amazing views of the ocean. Absolutely loved staying here so quote and peaceful. Great location for the beaches, walking the ramparts and walking the old town. Comfortable bed and soothing sounds of the waves. Definitely recommend!!!!!

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I recommend it!

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was present, we enjoyed the tranquility. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The creperie around the corner is highly recommended

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily reachable by foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

Very functional, bright and pleasant village house, located in the heart of the historic district, right next to the creperies and in the heart of the market (two mornings a week). 100 meters from the customs officers' paths and beaches as well. Easy parking nearby. Very good experience - two nights in the form of discovering the place.

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Everything is thought out with care, both inside and out, where the equipment is really great, especially for children. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. A big thank you to Pascal and Pascale, very available and always attentive to our needs. We were delighted with our weekend at Nicolas's. Very clean house, nothing missing, excellent layout. The accommodation is very well located, quiet. It's a flawless, 20/20! And Nicolas is very nice and responsive.

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located close to the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A beautiful place to discover the area!

We had a great time in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and absolutely nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. We even plan to go back as soon as we can. Thanks again to Pascale and see you soon 😊

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
