In the heart of Touraine and the castles of the Loire, a 16th century manor house on 1 hectare of wooded garden, quiet in the middle of nature, 15 minutes from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. We welcome you to this large house surrounded by a large garden with heated pool. You will appreciate this place for its monumental and spacious building, its natural and peaceful setting, its comfortable amenities. Great for a family vacation. Not suitable for festive events.

30 m2 accommodation completely renovated on the ground floor, comprising a bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a living room with a sofa bed 90 X 200, kitchenette Outside, a private terrace and access to the owners' pool, parking. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace that is not overlooked and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. From 06/01 to 09/15, depending on weather conditions, you can enjoy the heated pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
