Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire

We were 10 children and 8 adults.We had a great time,a beautiful house and spacious gardens. The pool was the perfect size for the children but had enough room for us all.We felt we had a legitimate French experience in a local village.Plenty to do in surrounding areas. Cecile was very responsive to my many queries in advance of our trip.

Clotilde is welcoming and cheerful, I recommend her very clean, single-story accommodation, ideal for elderly people. My parents were very satisfied with the accommodation.

We had a great time at Sabrina and Serge's place. Everything was as described, and the listing in a residential area allowed us to have a great weekend with friends. The gite floor, with its many games and toys, is a children's paradise. Hosts are responsive and have plenty of activities. One regret, our schedule and our children, didn't allow us to enjoy the hot tub! Another time! Definitely recommend!

With 8 friends we stayed in the beautiful country house for New Year's Eve. We were already charmed by the pictures, but the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was also very convenient that the kitchen was well equipped. Recommended!

Very nice and very spacious accommodation which allows you to have several groups / activities. Amelie is responsive, communication is fluid.

We had a great time! Accommodation is as described, the garden is beautiful and the view is wonderful. As a bonus 3 adorable and cuddly cats. The location is superb, next to pretty hiking trails, easily accessible by bus. Finally, Soisic is a very welcoming host, who puts you at ease upon arrival and even shares the things to do in the area. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a very pleasant three-day weekend between nature, calm and authenticity. The house full of charm is comfortable, well heated, with inviting bedrooms, new and functional bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Thanks to Francine for hosting us and for being available. We had a fantastic stay at Aurélies house. It’s a family home with plenty of rustic charm, set in a very peaceful and quiet place. There’s a big kids’ room which was perfect for our kids, a trampoline on the garden and a big fire place with plenty of logs. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with plenty of space, this is an excellent choice!

Everything was perfect! I would 100% recommend this listing, great location for a weekend at the federal park!

We had a great week at Katia and Christophe's as a family with two children. Their cottage is spacious, clean, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated by Katia. The place is perfect for relaxing in peace and enjoying the pool, BBQ, ping-pong table and petanque court. The pool is the centerpiece of their cottage with the possibility of covering it with a very practical sliding anti-UV shelter during the few days of extreme heat or cold that we had this week. A big thank you to Katia and Christophe for their kindness, responsiveness and understanding, they are excellent hosts that we had the chance to get to know better this week and that we highly recommend. Special thanks to their son for the pro magic workshop he offered to the children, they loved it 🤩 and are still practicing to improve their tricks. We can't wait to go back. 😊

We loved our stay at Gerard’s place. It was very peaceful and quiet. Gerard was a total superstar when we got lost and had a puncture at the same time. He came to rescue us in the village and then insisted on taking me to get the tyre repaired the next day on a French public holiday. He then helped to provide tools to change the wheel on the car. This was so helpful and way above expectations. I am sorry we took so much of Gerard’s time but he was so nice to us and we were able to have a great time at the old stable despite our car problems. I would recommend using the directions Gerard provides on the messages rather than the default directions on the Airbnb app (which was our mistake). We had a wonderful meal at the Auberge du Cerf restaurant about 5-10 minutes drive away.

A guarantee of a peaceful and cocooning stay in the middle of Sologne. Very well located for exploring Chambord castle. Very welcoming hosts and happy to share their local addresses. Perfectly equipped cottage for hosting and cooking for 12 people.
