The staircase invites you to climb to the 1st floor in the fully renovated home with a cocooning atmosphere. It consists of a bright living room, functional kitchen, zen bathroom and bedroom that invites you to rest. You will have 1 terrace available and a private parking space. Available as a paid option: wellness massage or reflexology treatment in my institute.

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
