Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint Andrews Beach

We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

We had a great time at Carmela’s place! It was very clean, easy to access and was in a very convenient location. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a family catch up. Close to all amenities and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking a meal. There were sufficient plates, cutlery, cups etc for more than 3 meals. There were books and games for indoor activities. The apartment was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a home away from home. It was an easy drive to the tourist spots in Mornington Peninsula. Thank you Vanya and Zoran for the stay.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Andrew’s place was really clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely recommend and stay again !

A really easy place to stay. Outdoor area was a real bonus. Great backyard for the dog. There were unexpected bonuses that weren’t listed - such as Netflix, DVDs and quite a few games. Matt was a great communicator and made everything easy.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

The location was also fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of a playground, cafe and scenic spots. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly felt taken care of. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.
