Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the skier's layout. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away.
