It is located on the 2nd floor, above another apartment inhabited by my daughter and her small family (so no parties possible) You will be at home here in a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park (hiking, skiing and lakes) and close to Clermont-Ferrand. You have access to the shared garden.

The studio is located south of Clermont Ferrand, 5 min from the A75, 10 min from the Zenith and 45 min from the slopes of Super Besse. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fitted kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex to our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you'll have access to the pool.

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot.
