It is located on the 2nd floor, above another apartment inhabited by my daughter and her small family (so no parties possible) You will be at home here in a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park (hiking, skiing and lakes) and close to Clermont-Ferrand. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fitted kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex to our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you'll have access to the pool.
