Accommodation perfectly matching the description, great location for visiting the city center, small paid public parking right next door.

A lovely, quiet and private apartment within close proximity of the old town. Beautiful, and comfortable high end finish inside. Well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings and bedding. Nothing to fault. We had a very pleasant stay and would strongly recommend it.

After staying in Cath's first place to stay, the second is just as good. Free parking nearby and this small studio is well-equipped, the environment is quiet is peaceful. Shops are quickly accessible.

Rémy is a very friendly hotel. The accommodation is very good, you feel perfectly comfortable. For our short stay in Guéret it was great.

Renaud met us on arrival and communication was very good. The apartment is fantastic! Extremely stylish and cool! It is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Everything in there is done to a high standard and just feels good. Bourges itself is a fascinating place. Chyistelle is a great HOST who we thank for introducing us to local products and tips within walking distance of the studio. The washing machine is in the 1st floor bathroom and the dryer is in the cellar where the door to access is when entering the studio. There is a citrus press and a tea ball. Just opened next door to the restaurant GODEFROY le bouillon at the Maison de la culture with its free parking of 500 spaces. Great location close to buses and shuttles which are free.

Great place to stay, especially if you're looking for peace and quiet in lovely surroundings. The house is right next to a stream, so you can enjoy listening to the birds whilst sitting on the terrace (watching the water flow by), or just relax in the lovely living room with its great view onto the fields and stream. Nice walk(s) from the house itself or not far by car to the Loire or one of the small surrounding villages. Lastly, Diane and Sebastian are really helpful and friendly, so if you need information or suggestions they're always ready to help.

An ideal country house for family and children. The upstairs area is a paradise for children with plenty of toy boxes, not to mention outdoor games. The terrace side is also perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. And when the weather is a little gloomier, there is everything you need to have a good time by the fireplace. PS3 available with a nice collection of Lego video games! a beautiful property that we'll keep for a future trip.

Catherine is a very warm and welcoming person, the accommodation was spotless, very warm too, and the location, perfect, very peaceful, small corner of greenery with small terrace right at the door of the room, frankly great, we had a lovely weekend, all 5 minutes from Guéret. Go there without so much as a second thought, no worries. 😁

We stayed one night at Olivier and Caroline's place for a break on a long journey. Everything was perfect! The kids were delighted with the games available. Everything you needed to be comfortable there. Thank you very much.

We had a great time! The accommodation was spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate our whole family. We particularly appreciated the hot tub, sauna and heated pool, which really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We were in peace without any cars or other traffic, not a single noise, perfect! The hosts were very friendly and warm, always available and welcoming. A big thank you to them for their hospitality — we highly recommend this listing!

ideal location in Bourges city center. parking (with parkmetre) is a 1min walk. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The only "negative" point of our stay is the very cold temperature in the living room despite the heating activation. Cover yourself well if you come in winter
