Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

If you like the charm of the old, this place is for you. 100 m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a small quiet street, the city center is within a 10-minute walk: Vaugueux district, port, castle... Parking is free in the neighborhood. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

Village very well located on Caen axis (8 min ring road, 20 min Caen center)/Falaise (20 min), 25 min Ouistreham, 40 min Arromanches, 30 min Suisse Normande (Clécy). Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Normandy sun! Those intolerant to the songs of chickens should refrain, the cottage is close to a hen house, which can be a nuisance for people not used to or refractory to country noises. No wifi - 4G network

Adjacent, a small kitchen (this is our back kitchen) with a dining area, fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker complete the whole. A bay window overlooks the garden, a terrace with a table, chairs for sunny days. Access to the suite is independent of the house for everyone's privacy.
