Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Sainj

I really liked the location of this place. It's 20 kms before main Manali market etc so if you're goal is to see Manali then this might be a bit far unless you have your own car. We weren't really interested in Mall road and our main goal was to drive to Atal tunnel and Keylong the next morning. So for a night's stay it was perfect. Surrounded by lots of green I liked the quiet ambience here. I am not sure how the other rooms were but we booked a villa that had a hall and 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 on the first floor. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. The campus also had some random swings that gave us 5 mins of adventure lol. Food taste was decent (some may not like it but if you're not a food drama queen you'll survive) P.S. For those worried by the word "Satvika" in the name - they do have non veg food :)

This is hands down "THE BEST" place to stay if you love peace and nature. On the outskirts of Manali, this place is best if you are travelling with friends or family. Great view, great hospitality by host Amit. He was very friendly and cooperative. He greeted us even when we reached the property at 1 in the night. He showed us around the property, and most of all, the place was neat, clean and tidy. with nice rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Totally worth it. 👌

Deepak ji & Aaryan has been a wonderful host. Although the stretch is bit long & also on hight, i had kids & my wife so for them it was bit difficult but apart from this this place is really serene, Calm and especially for those who are looking for long term stay, This is the best place one can stay. Pin drop silence, Privacy with beautiful room, patio, and a well equipped kitchen along with amazing host. Last but not the least, If you need any assistance or help Deepak ji & Aaryan will be there for you. I would definitely recommend this place for couple, Solo travelers & long term stay folks. The place is as described by the host Klaus in the description and I am pretty satisfied with it. The host was very friendly, proactive and the communication was excellent. He provided us with the 100 mbps internet speed in the middle of a village, and that really helped me, as I was able to download/ upload very heavy 4k files in quicktime. His team headed by Vicky was a joy to meet and all help was provided to us as described. My suggestion to anyone coming here - 'You will not find a 4bhk traditional cottage at this price, anywhere in Kullu - Manali, especially during the peak summer season'. People looking to party and room service - this is not the place for you! This is a place in the middle of an isolated village in Kullu, that offers some of the most beautiful view from your home, that you would have ever witnessed!! The villagers/ neighbours were extremely friendly, helpful to us. For people coming here, be ready for a lot of nature walking!! Fantastic deal, it's a steal!!

My experience at Ashirwad homestay in Sainj valley was absolutely stellar! From the warm hospitality to the breathtaking views of the hills and sunrise, every moment was sheer delight. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel right at home. The food was amazing, with flavors that reminded me of homemade meals. The owners truly went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, exceeding all expectations. And the rooms were even better than the pictures portrayed. I can't recommend this gem enough for a serene getaway amidst nature's beauty. I'm already looking forward to coming back soon!

Mount Happy, indeed! Ankit’s place is in a really peaceful part of Hallan valley. The house has unobstructed views of the mountains! You can just laze around in the garden watching the mountains throughout the day. The house is also bathed in sunlight through the day. The house is equipped with technology, right from bed warmers to heaters to geysers to a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a library which is pretty well stocked. The house also has a small garden which results in the freshest of veggies for your salads. Ankit is a very hospitable host and went out of his way to ensure our comfort on multiple occasions. He was kind enough to even bake me some bread for my further travels. Sunita di (the caretaker) is a gem of a person and is always around to help. Definitely give her aloo parathas a try. A special mention to Bella and Brownie (the resident dogs) who are too damn friendly! So glad I came across this listing, and this definitely won’t be my last visit to this place!

We are glad to be hosted by such a hospitable family. We felt like home. The environment, food, people, house, kids and tiger everything was so good. I would love to be hosted by Prunus again. Especially the food we had was homely. We never felt like we were staying out or somewhere. It's such an homely vibe.

Mohit’s place is about 40–50 minutes from Manali, which actually works in its favour if you’re looking to escape the tourist rush. Set in a gated community with security and parking, the area feels safe and peaceful, even though it’s tucked away in a quiet village setting. Local convenience stores are close by for essentials, and the neighbourhood has a warm, welcoming vibe. Mohit was very responsive and helped us with nearby food options. Deliveries take about an hour, so plan ahead. Special mention to a homestay near the monastery serving tasty homemade meals. The place is well-suited for a quiet getaway or a relaxed workation. There’s space to walk, Wi-Fi works well, the TV keeps you equipped if needed, and while brief power cuts occurred during rain, it wasn’t an issue. The kitchen-with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, gives you the flexibility to prepare something up if you wish. Serene balcony views with open skies and hills—perfect for anyone seeking calm, comfort, and quiet.

If you’re looking for a cozy, private mountain retreat with amazing views, this is the perfect place. The property is exactly as shown in the profile - calm and beautiful. It's just a short hike to Naggar Castle, nearby temples, and also close to the local chawk and eateries, making it convenient for exploring. Initially planned to stay for a week but ended up extending my stay there. The owner's family lives on the property and they were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. Siddharth was also very responsive, assisting with anything I needed. Just a note: The Wi-Fi is pretty good (40mbps), but if you’re planning a workation, it’s a good idea to have a strong mobile network to use your hotspot as a backup. I will surely choose this place again if I come back.

Had a peaceful and refreshing stay at this lovely Airbnb in Kullu. The views were stunning, the room was cozy and clean, and the host was super helpful. Loved the local food and the quiet vibe—perfect for a nature getaway. Highly recommend!

It's always a pleasure staying at Itsy Bitsy Home. I chose to stay at this property again as it is close to the main market area, has great restaurants and cafes nearby and most importantly the place is so well maintained and situated in a quiet residential area. The linenes are clean & fresh and place is squeaky clean. The host is super-responsive and always available to help. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this property on your next visit to Kullu.
