Vacation rentals with a patio in Sainikpuri

it was a great stay over there especially the terrace area which has been transformed into like a penthouse as they put the fancy chairs & tabe for perfect outdoor dining. although, vicinity is greenish so u would feel like fresh & light. I would recommend for bachelors & family outing as well. U could enjoy but make sure to not disturb others by playing loud music. Be disciplined u would love the Aura of nature.

Overall, its an incredible stay and felt at home. Beat the summer with pleasant stay and enjoy the city.

Great place the stay. Clean, extremely spacious. Clean towels, sheets, we equipped kitchen, security. Location is good too, with good restaurants around. We had a great time staying at this place. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come to Hyderabad.

The apartment was perfectly located for my visit to friends from the society next door. The terrace at the top of the building is quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself had everything I needed for my short term stay. My very late check-in (midnight due to a delayed flight) was no problem at all. Communication was always helpful and friendly. The service apartment is similar to what is shown in the pictures. The apartment is very clean and neat and provided all the required basic amenities. This place had Hassle-free check-in and check-out system. They have maintained the apartment very well. Families can also opt this place for their stays.

Akram was a great host and made us feel right at home! The bnb is at an excellent location and is a great choice if you're visiting this part of the city. Some prime spots are at a walkable distance and so is the metro station for getting around easily. Although in an old building, the flat is exactly like in the photos and nicely done. it is very very spacious and is comfortable for a large group. The kamat hotel downstairs was a convenient breakfast spot. Definitely staying here on my next visits!

The stay was really good and the check-in was quick and smooth without any problem. Though there was a little inconvenience but the host and POC handled it very well and there were very responsive. Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

Excellent place for staying with family. Very spacious and private. Responsive host. Lots of shopping around. Very accessible to travel to any part of the city. My children love to stay here. It has plenty of space if guests come around. The only inconvenience is lack of designated parking space and we have to use road side parking which is fine. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and left with good memories.

Good place to hangout with friends. Ashok is responsive. Caretaker Vasu and his family are very helpful.

This is my second time staying at this place. and must say I'm super impressed . the colour palette and interior designing looks high end but cost wise it's budget friendly for the services they are providing. me and my friends were happy with the stay. 😄 will definitely come again.

An amazing stay at a fantastic property! The space was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect staycation. The foosball table, PS5, and table tennis made our time extra fun, keeping us entertained throughout. Every corner of the place felt well thought out and comfortable.
