Extra large apartment with two balconies overlooking the golf course and with a view of the sea. Two good sized bedrooms with excellent a/c, two bathrooms, one with a nice bath. The resort is very big, nice to walk around the golf course. The private beach area is disappointing but nothing Bella can do about that. Lots of restaurants nearby, we recommend Vista at the Cliff for an excellent lunch. Bella was always available to answer any questions. Overall a very nice stay.

From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It’s a great place to stay, not too far from the main atractions and felt safe walking around at night. The room is well decorated and had what we needed. Love the shower water pressure. Host is responsive and professional.

Nhà rất đẹp, có đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần nhà hàng và quán cà phê có view đẹp. Cây cảnh trong nhà được chăm sóc kỹ lưỡng. Tủ sách có nhiều sách thú vị, mình chưa kịp đọc hết. Vách phòng quá mỏng, hơi thiếu sự riêng tư. Dưới một con dốc cao, nhiều xe không nhận chở đến nơi. Nhà có thể ở được 14 người, nhưng đường không cho xe trên 7 chỗ vào nên đoàn đi nhiều sẽ phải di chuyển khó khăn

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Spacious home in a quiet, safe residential little area whilst still being close to great cafes & restaurants. Cuong was super helpful before and throughout. We tried loads of his suggestions which we loved!!

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

We only stayed one night at the villa, but the host’s parents (who live downstairs and helped communicate with us) were incredibly sweet and helpful. Even though their English wasn’t fluent, they still found ways to connect with us and honestly, it felt like we had second parents in Da Lat, haha! The host was amazing with recommendations too. We had such a good meal and visited so many cute cafes from his list. Super responsible, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. The place was exactly as described on Airbnb. So honestly, it’s an A+ from us for everything!

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
