Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

You can count on Mr. Enes, no matter what, for a short and long time. The location of the neighborhood was super easy to get to everywhere. You will feel at home. It was quite clean in terms of cleanliness.

Very well located apartment, between Taksim Square and the Bosphorus. It's really clean, it has everything you need for cooking. There are restaurants all over the neighborhood and a small supermarket. Far from the hustle and bustle, it allows you to rest in peace after a day of walking. The tram, buses and metro are a 10/15 minute walk away. You can get everywhere on foot, just bring good walking shoes! Hassan is responsive, available and does everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Very friendly, he answered all our questions, without ever getting annoyed! See you soon in Chaa Allah!

Very nice and friendly host. He answered questions quickly, tried to help. He was attentive to guests. Respectful and relaxed conversation. We stayed with a girl for a weekend in a quiet cozy place, we really liked it.

Great location and space for a few days stay. Lots of restaurants around and walkable distance to the ferry. The place is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The bed is comfortable (only one tiny wish - small soft pillows would be a great addition). The kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. Thank you Mehmet, for the support and quick responses!

This is a second time I reserved with them . Everything was great .

The moment we stepped into the garden, we felt like we were in our own home. Everything was made before we arrived. Everything was cleaned up to the grills of the barbecues, and the house and garden were spotless. The amenities of the house were also very nice and perfect. We stayed with 9 people and were very comfortable and comfortable. We didn't even feel the need to wear slippers from the cleanliness of the house. Before this, we stayed in many different houses in Sapanca, but we will not stay anywhere else. Thank you so much.

The place is beautiful as description and photos 🏡💕 Pros : The villa is very spacious and overlooking the pool . Czech if fast . Very clean and cozy . Kitchen utensils and equipment. The place can accommodate a family of up to 12 people maximum . The pool is very clean and they have water heating in case you want to swim in the winter season (we haven't tried it) There is a water sprinkler in only two toilets. The villa has three floors. The last floor is a surface with a beautiful external session. The negatives are not many and have not been affected by the quality and beauty of the place but to improve the service will be mentioned : At the time of exit I told the admin about the checkout time, but we were late for half an hour and it was a travel line to another area. It is better to have places dedicated to putting garbage in rooms and seating like a lounge Yalit provides facial and hand wipes ( only pepper toilet is available inside toilets ) But in general the place is beautiful and comfortable psychologically and I repeat the visit, God willing, in the future . I would recommend it for everyone. 👍🏽💕
