Hôte très réactif, logement très bien placé et central. Délicates petites attentions : bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, fruits frais ... Un séjour extrêmement agréable avec, encore une fois, une hôte exceptionnelle de gentillesse et de réactivité. Merci beaucoup nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was fantastic from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Hazem, the supervisor, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He treated us like family, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel right at home. His responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding—he was always reachable and quick to help with anything. The compound itself is stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were so comfortable and happy with our stay that we decided to extend for an additional two days. Silver spring team were kind enough to provide us with another apartment, which was equally amazing—clean, cozy, and felt just like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!

It was wonderful stay here! The location is great — beautiful and peaceful, In the morning wake up to a stunning view of the sea, and in the evening, enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is spacious clean and simply beautifully decorated. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. The host was so kind. Definitely Recommend!

Very good and clean place

What a beautiful location and home for a stay in Cyprus. Stavros was amazing with his communication, personal touches and incredible hospitality. Would thoroughly recommend, we particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the beach and being in a great spot to explore the surroundings. Thank you Stavros.

Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft und man schläft mit dem Meeresrauschen ein. Wunderschön! Drei Tage voller Meeresblick wie in einer Balkonaussenkabine auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff, nur mit wesentlich mehr Platz! Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen (950 m) wo ein super Kiosk mit kalten Getränken ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen zum Ende unserer Rundreise.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison d’Ahmed. Avec une vue incroyable sur l’océan, nous vivions au rythme des marées, des pêcheurs. L’emplacement est paisible, le plaisir de partager la vie authentique du Maroc. Nous avons acheté des moules sauvages à des pêcheurs que nous observions de la maison. Excellent ! Très bon contact avec Ahmed et son père. Nous reviendrons dans cette vie Marocaine que nous aimons 😊

We chose to stay at Constantino’s stunning home as our last stop before leaving the beautiful island, and couldn’t have asked for a better base to end our time in Madeira. Constantino provided many local recs and was super responsive. The home was clean with everything we needed. Can’t say enough! Thank you!

This is such a beautiful place! Better than the pictures. I was so happy to see how close the incredible Playa de Castro-Rambla de Castro - Galeria La Fajana trail head is to the house and just a short walk the other way is Playa de Socorro. What an amazing, beautiful location. And this host tops it off with a friendly responsiveness and super clean house. Just an amazing stay! Thank you so much, Fernando!

The location of this adorable fisherman's cottage couldn't be more peaceful or stunning! If relaxing with a good book and beautiful view is what you want, this is the place for you! The cottage is directly in front of the water, and tho that area is very rocky, there is a little sandy beach just steps away. Inside is a comfortable, bright, open plan living/kitchen/dining area, a shower w/ great water pressure, 3 beds upstairs - 2 single, 1 double. As other guests have mentioned, the stairs are steep and the upstairs ceiling is very low, I am 5'7" and had to hunch over! So if you have any sort of mobility issues, upstairs may be difficult, though there is a sleep sofa downstairs. It's a beautiful island, lovely locals, nice walks, a couple of small but decent markets, and some great restaurants & cafes. We recommend Rosa's & Enriqueta's. If you need luxury, this is probably not the place for you; if you want peace & quiet & falling asleep to the sound of waves, this is the place!

Ein Traum geht in Erfüllung. Wenn man bei Mats im Beach House Urlaub machen darf. Einfach Klasse, sauber. Uns wurde immer geholfen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Das Haus direkt am Strand. Die Gegend, das Essen einfach geil, wir mussten zwar früher gehen durch unseren Job zu Hause. Aber wir kommen wieder ganz bestimmt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Spot. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean! The location is excellent with a great sea view, and only a short walk into the centre of Funchal along some stunning coastline. We had no issues finding parking on the street outside the house. It was also a great base to go explore different parts of the island from. The pool area gets plenty of sun so it’s perfect for relaxing next to, or getting in to cool off! Overall we had an amazing time staying here and will definitely be back next time we’re in Madeira!

Sehr schönes modernes Apartment mit großer Terrasse direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Leonardo war immer erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden (nur die Fensterscheiben zum Rausschauen hätten etwas sauberer sein können). Vielen Dank für alles :)

Très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dont un garage couvert. Une superbe vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces de l'appartement : petit déjeuner le matin avec vue sur la mer du bonheur ... Nous avons été bien accueillis et en début et en fin de séjour. L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier tranquille et, en même temps, il est très rapide d'accéder aux voies rapides : pour visiter toute l'île c'était top. Appartement à recommander.

I was here for the second time. But the host still removed the damp walls in the bathroom. I know, it's hard to fix. And the noise of the work on the neighboring building prevented us. When he finishes working on the hotel, maybe it will stop. But even so, I will stay there again.

Nice place, actually I spent a whole day just sitting in front of the windows beside a small table with coffee and some food and soaked in the ocean waves and watched the seagulls drift by. Beautiful view, clean and nicely designed moroccan apartment. I really liked the bed in an alcove, cozy and warm feeling. Highly recommended, a honeymoon or wedding anniversary would be perfect here. Only 1 caveat, the spiral staircase to get to the third and forth floors were a bit challenging fo the senior I am.

Our first visit to Madeira and we are already keen to return and wouldn’t think twice about booking Annikka’s apartment again. Fabulous location , walking distance to shops bars, restaurants and the promenade Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen Super views over the see. We had no problems finding a parking space on any of the evenings Would highly recommend !

We have just come home after a fantastic family holiday in Costa Adeje. We are absolutely delighted we picked Sandra’s villa to spend a weeks holiday over Easter. The communication from Sandra was excellent, the villa is perfectly located to explore with young children and immaculate throughout. A special thank you to Miguel for showing us around and to Sandra for being so welcoming and for the thoughtful recommendations. We would definitely book again if we return to Tenerife. ☀️
