Harmonizing the energies in the distribution and decoration, enhancing light, views and comfort has been our top priority. Feel it. The location is unique, with direct access to the beach from the complex itself, bringing you closer to nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m, a wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m and a desk from where you can see the pool and solarium area while resting. The living room has a four-seat sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from where you can not only see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave oven and small appliances such as a juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, griddle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four Jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all the safety systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. Gran Canaria's sports offer is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing...) And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it worthy of the description of "miniature continent". Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. Now you can do it from this fabulous detached country house with panoramic views, ideal for the whole family, with decoration in pastel tones that conveys an incomparable tranquility. Unfortunately, we don't have A/C at the moment, but it's not necessary. We have a fan. It has a nice pool that is shared with the other three houses on the property. This comfortable house is very quiet although it is well connected, our guests praise the beautiful sunsets and enjoy the starry sky while having a wine on the terrace. We always offer our guests the most essential things for cooking such as spices, oil, salt and everything you need for a light breakfast or dinner as well as sheets and bath and beach towels. You can use the washing machine for free. We have Smart TV with satellite TV and Netflix We do our job with great affection, we love our job and we want you to feel at home, our best reward is that you enjoy your stay. The house has a large wooded plot in which there is a petanque court at your disposal, the terraces of the house and the solarium as well as its parking are private and free.
