Cozy cottage, 3 rooms and kitchen, with beach location on a genuine valley farm by Lake Siljan. Here, you can start the day with a swim in Lake Siljan. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a tiled stove, a fully equipped spacious rural kitchen and a toilet room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a TV room, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has a patio facing the yard and a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the water. Bed linens and towels and cleaning upon departure are included in the price.

Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly-renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as a veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the forest, within the garden area of the main house but still secluded with a private patio area with views out over the small lake which is great for fishing and swimming. Close to all shopping amenities (6km) and 15 minutes drive to a ski resort, with both downhil and cross country skiing available in the winter months. Well behaved pets are welcome.
