Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Feel at home in this idyllic and peaceful, yet so central Torshov apt.! Balcony overlooking the park, also a lovely common garden. The place is 50 m2 big, on the 3rd floor (no elevator), fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom with a big 160 cm bed. Living room with fireplace. Det er kort vei til Operaen/Oslo S med trikk (ca.18 min), men også bydeler som Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen og Majorstua ligger i nærheten. Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.
