A rowing boat and sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
