Once we receive your application, we will confirm your reservation with the host's approval. We usually reply in about an hour. If you enter the correct number of guests, the nightly rate will be calculated automatically. We renovated the house and finished the interior to make it a modern home. It can accommodate up to 8 people. This is a family-friendly facility that does not care about privacy. There is one air conditioner on the first floor and one on the second floor. The building is 72 m2. There are two rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If you have a request for allocation, we will follow it. If not, the Japanese-style room on the second floor takes precedence. There is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom on the 1st floor. One free parking space is available. Large cars are not allowed because it is narrow. Free pocket wifi is available. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities, towels, and hair dryers are provided for normal living. Please check the inside of the room with images and Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are about 3-7 minutes on foot. It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

Umeno-Yuekigyou is a 4-minute walk from Dazaifu Station, with a convenient convenience store, supermarket within a 1-2 minute walk, and restaurants nearby, ensuring a comfortable stay. This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

Zuibaijien, a 150-year-old traditional Japanese house

This is a renovated 150-year-old house. Located in the mountains at an altitude of about 400 meters in the middle of Mt. Iwara in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, you can enjoy beautiful views in every season. The fresh air and water, the location, and the spacious space are very popular! Wake up in the morning to the sound of wild birds, the babbling of the river, and sweet, delicious water. Check-in is available from 1 pm so you can enjoy your stay. Company meetings, workshops, yoga classes, tea parties, mountain climbing (Ibarayama, Raizanyama), camping, etc. with friends and family. We have a variety of ideas for our customers. The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.
