Very practical accomodation. Clean and well maintained property. Easy access around Kasuga. Running in Kasuga park nearby is one of the best experience in Fukuoka. Great bakery in the neigbourhood. Parking on site is a plus.

I stayed with 3 people, and it was spacious and pleasant to use. It was nice that there was an ion and a convenience store nearby and parking was available.

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

I stayed in YURI's house for three days in Fukuoka. It was very clean. The host also very kindly provided us with good places to eat and gave us a small gift. This time, I came to Fukuoka during the cherry blossom season. The city left a good impression on me. I will come back if I have the chance.

Good location, convenient transportation; large area, fully furnished, first-class accommodation in a homestay, the weekend price is a bit expensive

It was rather nice because it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the downtown area. It was nice to be able to buy drinks and snacks at a lower price than convenience stores because the village was beautiful and there was a supermarket nearby. Transportation was not a big problem because I could get around by bus and subway, which were 5 to 10 minutes away. I was relieved that the host was nearby, and he was kind, so he answered my questions well. I visited the two restaurants you recommended nearby, and they were delicious. I want to go again. The room is spacious and there's no dust! It's clean. I was surprised by the details that made it feel like I was hanging out at a family home. There was nothing really missing, so it wasn't uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils were also prepared in abundance, so I used them well, and they were checked thoroughly with stickers on how to use them, so I was able to use them without any difficulty. It's a place where I'd like to stay longer if I get a chance next time.

Pros Near the station, there are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores, 100 yen shops, and express. There's a park nearby, so it's good for running, and it's the best value for the money. It's just like a hotel.

It was such a cute and quiet place to stay! I usually came here because I wanted to travel like a home like this instead of a hotel, but it was so nice because it was similar to the accommodation I thought of! It was nice that it wasn't too far from the city center, and most importantly, I loved the quiet and secluded atmosphere! There are many shopping malls, Don Quijote, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores nearby that you can walk to, so I think it was okay to play! If I have to come back next time, I want to come here again.🤭

If you come to Fukuoka for the first time, it can be a little difficult to walk to, but if you have come once or twice, it is in an easy enough location to find. If the amount is right, it's clean enough and a good enough facility.

Well equipped place that was clean and comfortable.

Since city subway is well developed, so from Coco walking within 6 minutes to subway station, we could get to a lot of places of the city of Fukuoka easily especially city subway has the ticket system by using my overseas credit card to ride the subway unlimited trips daily for just 640 Yen. Hope the city subway will still have that unlimited daily trips offer when I come back in the near future.

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

Stayed at this property for 6 nights, dropped off luggage early after 2pm on the first day, the host responded very quickly, making it quite smooth for us to drop off our luggage. The listing matches the photos and host's description, warm and comfortable, fully equipped, and very easy to get around, just 10 minutes by JR to Hakata station.I prefer the atmosphere of Minami Fukuoka to Hakata Station, quiet and uncrowded!Minami Fukuoka Station has 24-hour supermarkets, drugstores, and Lawson nearby, which is quite convenient.Overall, I will choose to stay here next time I go to Fukuoka!

Was close to the city center (< 10 min). One double bed, one double futon (for 2 people). Small kitchenette and fridge. We really liked it

The room is clean and tidy, fully furnished, the bedding is clean and comfortable, there is a shopping mall nearby, shopping is convenient.There is a Chunji station about 500-600 meters away. It is more convenient to go to the airport and Hakata station, and it is closer than the subway entrance.We stayed for a total of 4 nights, it was a satisfying experience.

Because it is newly built, it is spacious and clean. However, only one key is provided, so if multiple groups are traveling, the accommodation can always be entered together or opened by a person with a key. On the contrary, the security is great. There is a distance to walk quietly from Hakata Station, so it is always difficult to get back home, so I just take a taxi. The place is as pictured, spacious and clean.

This is an accommodation that all families will be satisfied with:) It was easy to travel as it was walkable to Hakata Station, and it was nice to have a convenience store and a mart nearby. And the new building had excellent cleanliness, and most importantly, there was no inconvenience sleeping because the surroundings weren't noisy. I'll use it again next time I visit Fukuoka!

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
