Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Waterfront

Located between Nantes (25 min) and Rennes (40 min), 1 hour from the sea and 3h30 from Paris, this charming blue stone building on 4 levels sits on the edge of a village filled with friendly Gauls. Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Close to all amenities (walking distance). 500 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, the port and the Château de la Groulais. 5 km from Gâvre Forest. 30 km from Nantes, St Nazaire and Redon. Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

You will find calm and serenity but also the possibility to walk around the lake (11 km) and practice water sports at the leisure center (in season) or swim at the beach! Small accommodation independent of the main house, in a 6000 m2 property, in the countryside, 1 km from the village, 18 km from Nantes, 50 km from St Nazaire. Accommodation including a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a living room, a bedroom, small mezzanine that can be used as a bed.

Cottage with indoor heated pool (28 to 30°C) summer and winter. And hammam just for you, optional (€40 for 4 hours) For a few days and nights of quiet relaxation, in complete privacy. It's up to you to find your "love-room" here... It is possible to come with a baby under 6 months.
