Beach house vacation rentals in Safety Harbor

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

We stayed here with our 7 children and found this home to have a great layout with bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. From coffee on either deck in the morning to cocktails watching sunsets in the evening we found this location to be perfect for our family. The home is far enough away from the busy beaches for a peaceful time, but close enough to walk to restaurants and parks (or a short drive). While the home is older with dated furniture and fixtures, it didn’t take away from the experience and we discussed making this an annual vacation home before leaving. The beach has soft sand with a small patch of shells before the water and a sand bar where we encountered a manatee on multiple mornings. If you are looking for a low key beachside vacation, this property won’t disappoint. (Also, there is a box of beach toys, 2 chairs, an umbrella we left as well as floaties for those looking to stay soon)

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

Katie was a great host - great communication before, during & after stay. Home was adorable and comfortable for family of 3. Beautiful sunset view from patio every night. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't say enough great things about the location and the decor of the home as well as the PMI Clearwater host who was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay on the beach! Host was very responsive to messages. Having a beach toy closet was helpful! It is placed well with places to eat just as close as the walk is to the beach! Will consider again and recommend to family and friends!

Adam was a great host and very responsive with requests to heat the pool and spa. He made everything very easy. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning, stripping beds, or taking out the trash cans to the street. I felt that I could truly relax. I was traveling with an infant, so the highchair and crib made life so much easier. I didn’t expect those things so that was a great surprise. Grill even had an extra propane tank that we needed and I was very grateful that it was there halfway through cooking dinner.

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

We had an amazing stay. The house was in a perfect location. The place was very clean and had all the necessities. It was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Mikes Pizza and Pub and Kooky Coconut were great places to order from. My kids loved the pool and the nature park that was within walking distance. Beach toys, umbrellas and chairs were provided by the host. My family can’t wait to come back!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

We spent 2 weeks in Gisele’s home…it was exactly as described. We really appreciated the outdoor space/patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, utilizing the large bbq and outdoor dining area and ending our days with a nightcap in the enclosed patio. The location was great, centrally located with easy access to beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. We will definitely return when back in the area again. Gisele is a great host.

Beautiful home! Amazing location! Only 2 miles to the beach :-) the home itself is very clean and has absolutely everything you would need. Great for our family reunion we will definitely be back!

This house was exactly what we needed. We had two families staying here with 4 kids. The bunk beds and play were was perfect for them. The pool was very clean and kept up

A truly fabulous home. The description in the listing were spot on but even better in person. The view of watching boats go by in the canal, the beautiful salt water pool and outdoor kitchen with a TV, plus the large 85" TV in great room all made this is an exceptional find. We used the kayak's, bikes and fishing poles. Amazing sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from front and back of house. George supplied all paper products, coffee pods and spices which were a great surprise and very much appreciated. The house is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our little dog running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening your house to us!

This stay was in the top 3 best AirBnB stays I've had. The beach was even closer than they described, the restaurants in the area were delicious, and the rooms themselves were even better in person than photos. When they say pet friendly - they mean it. There are fenced side yards to contain your dog's away from the common area, but the villas themselves are completely fenced as well. They also included a small pet kit in case something was missed in packing. The courtyard was exquisite. It was perfectly shaded, completely peaceful and our family had an incredible and relaxing week at the villa. Ive already given the villa information to anyone planning a Florida get away.

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

We had a great vacation and this house was absolutely perfect for our family. Having the space of a house but then having Caddy’s right across the street was so convenient, they had chairs and umbrellas available and waitresses walking around all day. This house is in a great location, very comfortable, and Tyler was great! We will definitely be visiting this area again and will stay here again!

What a great location - both inside and out. Be it the pool for the kids to swim. Be it the boat deck to cast the rod while enjoying a cold one after a day at the beach. Be it putting on a couple of racks of ribs on the traeger pellet smoker. Be it it the biggest tv ive ever seen to watch the game. be it the awesome kitchen to gather the fam around This place has it all. And if something isnt right the host will respond quick to get it sorted Ill be back next year. Thats for sure

We really enjoyed our stay the house had everything and more that we could ask for very the pool was great and a short walk to the beach with several of our favorite restaurants within minutes we cannot wait to come back

Ruby and Jason’s space was great. Walkable to Beach Blvd and lots of cute shops, galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. It’s a quick jaunt to Stetson Law. Would recommend.
