Centrally located less than a mile from downtown Treasure Island and a mile from Sunset Beach Dog Park. This home has a well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer and gated backyard with shaded patio for relaxing after a long day on the water. This is my one and only AirBnb, so it's well cared for. Home was permitted and completely renovated after Helene.

All units have recently been updated with brand new living room furniture which includes a queen sofa sleeper. This complex does not have a pool, but the Gulf of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air. Bring the whole family and the dog (1 dog per unit) (20lb weight limit) to this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.
