Vacation rentals with beach access in Safety Bay

We had lovely times staying at Jennifer & Steve’s place. Private, good locations with beach and cafe within walking distances. They were responsive and open to if there were any issues in the house. Truly recommend this place for anyone looking for good stay in Mandurah.

This place is a gem! Stayed a week with my 2 kids (6 & 15). The apartment is a 2 min walk to the beach and cafes, 5 mins to Coles and the pools. The apartment was very clean, plenty of linen, towels and goodies in the kitchen. The little things made such a difference when travelling with the family. The pool area is beautiful, we used the indoor and outdoor pool each day. My teenage son was hiring e-bikes from the beachfront and riding along the boardwalk in the afternoons. The sunset markets on a Thursday night was such a treat - and to be able to walk back to our apartment across the road was a bonus! There is one sitcom in the lounge/kitchen area which was so good and fans in both bedrooms. It did get a little hot in the bedrooms but we were there during a 45 degree heatwave!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - very responsive hosts, excellent instructions, and easy to navigate the huge building once you get the hang of it.

Cottesloe is a really lovely area and Pippa’s place was an excellent find. The apartment was one of the best air B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Loads of space, neutral decor with a hint of personality, gorgeous views to the beach. Everything in the place worked great. Lovely touch to have beach towels and a snorkel & mask provided. Also cold water in the fridge & ice in the freezer when we arrived. We didn’t have a car - the walk from the station was fine (a little hilly but past all the gorgeous houses in the neighbourhood so you don’t notice!) and the walk to the beach is minimal - it’s literally at the bottom of the road. Great to have Apple TV, air con in the living space, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Shower lovely and spacious. Loads of storage. Kitchen was great - had everything you need. Train line super easy to get to Fremantle, the main city, stadium & airport. So glad we found this gem- thank you Pippa.

Thank you for making the accommodation available. Cottesloe is a beautiful part of the world, with lots of lovely things to see and do in Perth. This home was the perfect location to base myself at.

What a fab property, location excellent quality with super hosts in Rod & Leonie. Located close to Sorrento Beach and Hilary’s complex with lots of options to dine and socialise. The property is in a very quiet location and very peaceful for a vacation. Hosts provided very nice personal touch in the shape of milk, juice, chocolates, enough for a light snack. The accommodation lacked for nothing in terms of facilities. We had an excellent 10 nights break and I would highly recommend this property to potential visitors to the Perth Area. John.

Sita was very responsive as we inquired about the house and also during our stay. She personally gave us a warm welcome upon arrival which is pretty rare these days! The house was pretty much what the photos say, but as bonus there was plenty of books and toys to keep our 2 daughters busy. The backyard was leafy and tranquil and Sita obviously put a lot of care and heart into it. If you are looking for somewhere walkable to the beach and restaurants, this is the perfect place. It is also a 5-10min drive into the center of Fremantle (North) or a much larger and nice beach at Coogee (South).

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Such a great little place in the most beautiful location! Emma was easy to deal with and the place was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The doggy park at the door step is a bonus as is all the cafes and beach within walking distance! Definitely recommend!

A beautiful relaxing stay, that had a very homely feel. All the little touches made this beachside cottage extra special. From the welcome sign to the extra touches for our fur baby. The highlight was the beautiful yard where I enjoyed having my morning coffee in the sun. Thank you for our stay- I hope we can visit again soon

We had a wonderful stay, it felt like we were in an AirBnB advertisement it was really that good. The property was immaculately cared for and had absolutely everything we needed. Every room was so well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Extremely close to the beach and local restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Rosemary was a lovely host and the accommodation was immaculate, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great with easy access to the beach.

Great place! Ignore the reviews that mention "an old building". Yes, it is, but easy to get inside to the lovely new unit with sm all balcony! Neighbours quiet and respectful. Fantastic location out of the mainstream but minutes to everything. Chill modern vibe and plenty of room!

Our stay was for an international lawn bowls tournament at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club. We had an awesome stay! Close to the venue, $8 uber, 4 minute drive. Also extremely close to Mandurah Foreshore and all surrounding amenities. restaurants. bars, etc. CJ stocked the house extremely well with beverages, coffee machine (with 2 different brands :) ), food, breakfast items, etc. That was absolutely amazing!!!! We experienced one issue with unruly neighbours having an internal domestic issue on the 2nd day but nothing after that. We accidentally broke a glass, and my silly husband accidentally packed up the curtain ties upon leaving, and CJ was very understanding about these issues which we were very appreciative of. Overall, a wonderful 6 day trip and will hopefully be back again shortly. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! Loved it!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Rochelle and Dave xxx

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

We had the most amazing stay at Lisa’s. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. It has a lovely private garden out the front and shared garden out the back with space to dry clothes. We borrowed the bikes to cycle around and hired a car. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and a 5 minute walk from an IGA superstore. It backs on to Manning Park which provides a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and means you can listen out for terrific bird song. The apartment is so well situated as to enjoy Fremantle, a short cycle ride and you are in the heart of the bustling and vibrant city with lots of fantastic eateries, shops, markets and bars. It is a great place to stay and Lisa and Peter are great hosts, we would highly recommend.

Definitely recommend , the apartment was awsome the views were fantastic. Apartment was well stocked with glasses, crockery and cooking utensils if you wanted to cook at home. Beds very comfortable the spa (private in room) and heated swimming pool (shared) were also excellent. Very close to the beach, as well as dolphin quay restaurants. The whole family had a fantastic time.
