Apartment converted into a fully renovated 40m² studio. It's my own home, which I renovated with great affection. I only rent it out at certain times when I go on a trip. It is 5 minutes from the train. There is a supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, and laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transportation connections to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
