Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Strengths: Host-sympathetic - Response readiness - Location - Faithful to the photos. Negative points: - Wi-Fi never worked - The batteries of the television command did not work, so we could not watch TV. - There were no basic condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil. Overall it was a very positive experience.

This wonderful apartment is absolutely cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is beautiful and there is wood for the fireplace. The heated bed is a giant plus, and it's extremely comfortable. Thank you so much, we loved our stay!

A week of rest and quiet! The house is equipped with the necessary for 4 people (there were 3 of us), and the air conditioning made all the difference on the hot days we had! It has an outdoor area with a barbecue and large table in the shade, where we had all our meals. In the area, there are good river beaches (Meimão, our favorite; Meimoa and Benquerença), and places of great interest to visit: Monsanto; Penamacor; Belmonte; Idanha, .. San Martin de Trevejo in Spain, etc. António Fidalgo is a very cultured person and interesting to talk to. Always attentive to needs. We really liked it and recommend it!

Joao’s place is gorgeous. Authentically Portuguese feel. Decorated beautifully! Cozy and quite spacious. Others have mentioned stairs, so if you can’t do them, you might have a problem. But the place is really terrific and I highly recommend.

The place was very clean, comfy and a very comfortable bed. It was perfect for our stay.

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Our family of 5 loved our stay in the Chalet. It is in such beautiful surroundings overlooking a waterfall & in a great location for many walks as well as nearby local restaurants. The chalet was warm & comfortable with everything we needed. Pedro’s recommendations & local knowledge was really appreciated. Would love to stay again - highly recommend!
