A week of rest and quiet! The house is equipped with the necessary for 4 people (there were 3 of us), and the air conditioning made all the difference on the hot days we had! It has an outdoor area with a barbecue and large table in the shade, where we had all our meals. In the area, there are good river beaches (Meimão, our favorite; Meimoa and Benquerença), and places of great interest to visit: Monsanto; Penamacor; Belmonte; Idanha, .. San Martin de Trevejo in Spain, etc. António Fidalgo is a very cultured person and interesting to talk to. Always attentive to needs. We really liked it and recommend it!

It is a family house, very well maintained and recovered. The house has all the conveniences and a few more. The Host ensured an excellent communication and the lady who received us (Mrs. Silvina) overflows sympathy. We were still entitled to some miminhos, which were cherry on cake. Great accommodation, we had a great time at the house. A good location to make/visit nearby places. The house is even better than the listing photos. Breakfast is highly recommended.

Rogerio and his home is fantastic. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The grounds and surrounding area is beautiful. Lots of trees - they harvest cork, beautiful flowers. Great bird-watching. Very easily accessible to Monsanto and nearby sight-seeing but take Rogerio's recommendations on his favorites. Great stay.

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. We stayed overnight with our two dogs and it had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions on how to access the accomodation and we could park right in front which was very handy. Comfy beds, all rooms were en-suite and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Thank you

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

The place was very clean, comfy and a very comfortable bed. It was perfect for our stay.

Simply wonderful. Sit right down below the mountains on ice and in the middle of the mountain, alone, at peace. Amazing.

Extremely pleasant place, first sensational visit, satisfied all our needs. Even from the pictures. We went in 6 people, a baby and a puppy and we were all very well accommodated.

We were visiting from Madeira and the weather was very different from what we are used to ~ I was so grateful this apartment had heat! The rooms were great, nice bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen. The balcony is huge! The place had everything we needed and was within walking distance to a great pastelaria! Thank you for the nice weekend!

The accommodation is very well equipped, both in heating, furniture or kitchenware. Very comfortable to spend a few days in the winter with the fireplace. Communication with the host was always smooth and there was no problem with check-in or checkout. 100% recommended for spending a few days surrounded by beautiful nature.
