Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sabaudia

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

The place was very comfortable, excellent for those who have a very early flight or a very long connection and want to rest. Transportation is really close and there are two shopping centers next door. We managed to go to the village and get to know it and it was very easy to get there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotless Stay with Wonderful Hosts in Rome! This Airbnb was everything I hoped for and more! The apartment was immaculately clean — truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It felt fresh, comfortable, and so well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available for questions and gave some great local recommendations that made my trip even better. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and coming back each evening to such a clean and peaceful space was a dream. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

I can't begin to say enough about Cristiana. If I could give her ten stars I would. She was amazing in every way. Very accommodating. We needed several things during our short stay and she went above and beyond to help us. Unit was very cozy and clean. The bed was perfect. Loved it all. Don't hesitate to book here!

The apartment was clean and as described. Location is good for access to public transit, to get into the main city of Rome it took less than one hour and was fairly straight forward. Riccardo was very responsive and willing to accommodate!

Anita’s place and herself are both brilliant. I had a exceptionally satisfactory walking journey along the via appia antica whole day here. Strongly recommend Anita and her place.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite a few small issues, was immediately able to remedy it by giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Cosy apartment with real fire

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Very nice and very clean house. Just an 8-minute walk to the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, great value for money. Thank you

Fabio was a wonderful host, gave us recommendations for the beach on top of all the food and activity recommendations for the local area, and other parts of Rome. The apartment was a perfect place to set up came for a few days of exploring and lovely to come back to the apartment to relax and rest our feet!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

I can’t say enough great things about this incredible Airbnb in Rome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities we needed — including great Wi-Fi and a super comfortable bed. What truly made this place stand out was the location. Just a short walk to the metro and within easy reach of all the iconic sights — the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Vatican City were a quick metro ride away. We loved starting our days with espresso and croissants at a nearby café and ending them by grabbing dinner at one of the many restaurants near the apartment. Michele was incredibly friendly, communicative, and full of local tips that made our stay feel authentic and stress-free. From restaurant recommendations to help navigating the city, he went above and beyond. If you’re visiting Rome and want a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a real local charm, this is it.

Daniele and his wife were exceptionally welcoming. The accommodation was perfect, clean, everything was there (refreshments, towels, hairdryer, shower gel...). Accommodation as if we were at home, and close to public transportation. We were greeted very warmly and Daniele was able to perfectly respond to some issues we had during our stay. Kindness, cleanliness, friendliness, everything was there for us to have a great stay. We have returned to this Airbnb twice and are delighted!
