We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

The property is excellent. Everything is close by. You can walk to exotic restaurants and the beach. The apartment has comfortable beds. And all necessary.

Wonderful host and beautiful ocean front view from the bed very large pool with direct beach access and nice beachfront basketball court the complex is in a gated community so we felt very safe.

This home was perfect for my family of 5 with small children. The property was exactly as described and Francisco was a responsive host. I would certainly stay here again.

I have been staying at Isla Verde Beach for years for long weekends and as a central area when visiting the island. ESJ towers, even tough doesn't have a functional pool area at this time, is still an awesome spot. They now have the lobby bar re-opened and a Cafe in the lobby so awesome if you do not feel like making coffee. You can walk to several restaurants and hotels and the beach is your backyard. Having beach chairs and a cooler available for use as a guest is a plus. Also some kitchen staples like salt, sugar, oil spray. The linen and towels smell awesome. And Juan was gracious and let us check in a couple of hours early and let us stay an extra hour since our flight was later in the day. The view from the balcony is a treasure and one day more beautiful than the next. The beach gets crowded on the weekends, but we always found a spot and without any issues enjoyed the day.

The air bnb provided did not disappoint. From start to finish the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. They were caring about our arrival and safety, answered any questions promptly and the condo was clean with great private beaches. We did not explore the restaurants near the air bnb due to already having pre planned meals at other places. Neighbor seemed overall safe as well as the property is very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time! The house was exactly like the photos, right on the beach. We walked to poza del obispo everyday for the natural pool. It was perfect for the kids. Wesley was consistently responsive to our questions and gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Thank you so much Wesley we really appreciate you and the beautiful place to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Literally a block from the beach. The AC worked very quickly and opening the windows was also an option. Outside they had a lot of spaces to hang things which was great because we were swimming almost every day and needed to dry towels and swim suits quickly. The parking could be tight at times but it was excellent to have and there’s a ton of great places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom window does seem to be stuck open but it kept some fresh air in the place.

Perfect spot for a small family. Cool beach with amazing rock formations. Hosts provided great recommendations for food/ shopping. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue getting into house. We’ll be back!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

This place was amazing and everything we had hoped for for our group vacation. Carmen was super responsive with any questions we had and she gave detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. We had plenty of basic supplies and made use of the beach chairs and towels. The veranda and pool were fantastic and you just can't beat being right on the ocean. It was very clean, had nice landscaping and comfy furniture inside and outside as well. There are restaurants nearby (thank you to Carmen for the recommendations) and a great beach down the road with a nice swimming lagoon. It was a great jumping off point to get to many places in the island and a short, 45 minutes to the airport and Old San Juan. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! It fits our family of four so nicely. We can easily make meals and hang out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean or walk down and be right on the beach in minutes. We even reached out once to Tom noticing something was missing from the kitchen and he went to the store and brought it to us the very next day. Totally not expected and way above and beyond! We hope to come back next year and would definitely stay again if it is available.

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

My best friend and I had an amazing stay in condado! Hosts were very responsive and made sure we were warm welcomed to a clean room! Would definitely stay again! Perfect location

We had a great stay here. Felix was super responsive if anything was needed. The place was very modern and smelled very clean. The playita del condado was walking distance, super close. Instructions were very thorough as well for check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.
