It is a cosy, over 80 year old fully equipped second home, an oldie naturally with some wear. Please note: 1. The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

A new and modern cottage near the center of Mikkeli by Lake Saimaa. The house is located on a very large plot which used to be a stone quarry, and is protected by trees. Because of the old quarry the plot has two ponds, high rocks and large differences in height. You can drive to the center of Mikkeli in five minutes, and it's also easy to get there by bike. A unique and special place! Two bedrooms, a large loft and a sofa bed in the living room, separate toilet and sauna.
