This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Sonnenberg Studio! Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
