Our guest apartments belong to the Florentine Gera residential complex. This is close to the center and conveniently located. Center and highway A4 motorway are only 5 minutes away by car. With the tram (stop directly in front of the door) you need about 10 minutes to the center. Our guest apartments are newly renovated and furnished. Residential complex and all guest apartments are accessible. There are four elevators available. Special feature: All bathrooms have anti-slip flow.

The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away.

The apartment is ideal for craftsmen, guests in transit or people who do not mind that the apartment is located a little outside. Bus and tram are nearby. The balcony with a view of the countryside invites you to switch off. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.

Just a great renovated little witch's house with a wood stove. Good bathroom, everything is fine. Christian and his wife were excellent hosts, his son Felix also always helped. Just great people and always super helpful. It was simply great. We will be back. Thank you very much again!

The bungalow near the Moritz Clinic is simple and just the right place for the parents who visited their son, who was seriously injured in the war. For 1-2 people you get everything you need in the bungalow. The married couple was there for 5 days. Günther is very friendly and always easy to reach and flexible when it comes to check-in and check-out. Recommendation absolutely.

The apartment was very clean and we felt very much at home It was only one night but super great. Thank you and highly recommended.

Super nice apartment, everything was very clean and the roof terrace was fantastic! The contact with the host was also very friendly and always available :) highly recommended, happy to come again!
