This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Unser über 170 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, Postfiliale, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

Gemütliche Bleibe Nähe Pfälzerwald

Diese schöne kleine Wohnung wurde vor 15 Jahren gebaut.Von außen mit altem schönen Sandstein,von innen modern. Eine Küche von einem Schreiner gebaut mit einer Spülmaschine, Bad mit Badewann+ Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Familienbett(3m) dort schlafen wir zu 4 :) Die Couch kann man ausziehen. Ein muckeliges Spielzimmer und einen Abstellraum mit Waschtrocknwr gibt es auch. Seit März 2024 gibt es nun auch endlich Wlan :) Wenn ihr Tipps für die Unternehmungen braucht,meldet euch gerne
