Our 150-year-old country house is located on the banks of the Saale surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Schiefergebirge. The apartment is completely renovated and offers space for a relaxing break at any time of the year. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities for hiking or cycling and in summer the Hohenwarte reservoir invites you to swim. Various shopping facilities are in the village – including Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. The train station is 1.5 km from the house.

Welcome to the heart of Thuringia, in a beautiful, natural area with many hiking opportunities, nearby trails and ski lifts and much more. Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. We recommend that all interested parties and guests read the listing carefully in order to prepare for the stay and enjoy it.

Alte Bäckerei - Old Bakery Center Saalfed Design

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Apartment

Our small, fine apartment is ideal for short visits in the fairy Saalfeld. It is about a five-minute walk to the market square, in the immediate vicinity there is everything you need for successful vacation days. A free sofa bed is available for one child in the living room, i also like a baby cot. The City of Saalfeld charges a spa tax of €2 per day for adults and €1 per day for children aged 6 to 14; these costs are included in the price.

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

2 room fully equipped apartment in the center

I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the property for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due. The parking is monitored by cameras.

Guest apartment in the countryside on the outskirts of Weimar

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the village of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the living room/kitchen, a large living room/bedroom and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen. The garden can be fully used, various seating areas invite you to relax. There are two beautiful cycling paths to Weimar.

Just relax. That's what many people hope for from a relaxing vacation. Here in our apartment directly in the Thuringian Forest you can do that. The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.

Timber construction trailer

The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.

Visit the historical sites of Thuringia such as the Wartburg, the Schwarzburg, the capital Erfurt and much more on day trips.

In the middle of a quiet, charming old town alley in Erfurt is your stylish retreat of about 20 square meters with kitchen and bathroom. Petersberg, Domplatz, Krämerbrücke and other attractions are within walking distance. Non-smoking, not for children, no accessibility. Early check-in/late check-out and parking by arrangement.
