The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Great vacation rental right on Cape Arkona. Many excursion destinations within easy reach. Well-equipped kitchen, large bright rooms. The sound of the sea can be heard. Great starry sky visible at night. Unfortunately no northern lights. Quick shopping. Unfortunately, too few e-charging stations in the area.

The studio house has a very cozy, homey atmosphere. All rooms are very tastefully decorated in Danish style. It's very quiet, exactly what we were looking for. There were fresh eggs and delicious homemade jam. We particularly liked the wine offered....Everything from the in-house shop. Despite heavy storm weather, we were able to look around the Darss. A trip to Stralsund... a stone's throw away, was especially nice. We enjoyed it very much all around.

We were allowed to stay with Frank for a week. He welcomed us very kindly and warmly, we could feel right at home on his wonderfully designed property. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. There was really nothing missing. In particular, the kitchen spoke for itself, but also details such as a barrier for the stairs for small children. In general, the apartment is stylish and modernly furnished. You can spend some time on the property and with the rabbits. If you are looking for peace, you will find it and can relax wonderfully.

Everything is wonderful! The apartment, the house, the chickens, the garden, the silence, the lake, a ceramist next door (was unfortunately away while we were there...), cycling through the area, the ice cream parlor in Rothener Hof, ... During the stay, I went through my calendar in my head when I can go on vacation next time at Andrea's in Woserin. The pictures don't quite reflect how great the apartment really is.
