We really enjoyed our stay in Nysted in the beautiful, newly restored concierge home 2 minutes walk from the town's small harbor. It's a cozy and well-appointed house with a lovely, quiet location and great views. Great living room, nice terrace and all the amenities we needed.

The coziest old and crooked house to arrive at. For those of us who don't like the Scandic hotel, but who instead seek authenticity, the place is absolutely perfect.

Really nice apartment right on the south beach! Ground floor is also great with a dog, for example! Parking right in front of the window - awesome! Amenities were great too! In the evening, the super cozy sofa was a dream! :) Internet with 100 Mbit/s also great!

Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. 1 floor, elevator, one floor down is the wellness area with swimming bar, sauna, sports and strength room that you can use. Do not forget swimming trunks, bathrobe, etc. Also a large terrace belongs to the apartment. However, you sit there quite a bit on the presentation plate, it is practically completely visible. The apartment is inland. You can walk out to the back of the building to the beach or outdoor swimming pool (in summer). It was almost too hot for us in the apartment, even though we had turned all the thermostats all the way down. You have to bring sheets, towels or book for a fee. Also a parking space costs, regularly €8,- a day. And you will need it, you are still in a renovated part of the "power through joy" (KdF) Meganglage of the Nazis in Prora; almost 5 km the buildings on the coast with beautiful, flat sandy beach; partly already luxuriously renovated, partly expired and closed off. Fascinating and scary at the same time. In summer, it should be completely without end, without parking reservation you are also in the hose, there is also practically only the hotels, apartments, etc. assigned parking spaces on site. There was also a lot going on at the beginning of November. So if you are looking for some peace, you are not well taken care of there. There are restaurants, small shops, a bakery right nearby (gr. Offer, buns but rather average), all integrated into the former building complexes of the "KdF" building. The nearest supermarket is no longer within walking distance, as a bike or car make more sense. Binz is a few kilometers away, we have walked it back and forth, as you are already very busy. Binz has quite good infrastructure, pedestrian zone, shops, even a small department store due to tourism. Overall a really great apartment, you certainly have to like the surroundings, especially during high season. In the area of the parking deck there is a lockable room for wheels, which we liked to use. The museum in and around Prora is a must-see to get a taste of the history and size of the complex. It looks like the apartment is also offered on other platforms.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Check-in is uncomplicated and friendly. Cozy apartment with beautiful furnishings. There was enough space for us (1 adult and 2 children). Especially great for us that you could use the small swimming pool, sauna, fitness, etc. at any time.

Despite the rather bad weather, it was a super nice stay. Communication was flawless, they took great care of us. We had a great time at Sebastian and Odin's apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Everything was also available for our little one (crockery, books, high chair, handcart and more) We felt right at home. We would come back anytime.

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

We felt super comfortable from the beginning. Our daughter loved the extra children's room. There was plenty of storage space for their clothes and toys. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen. Miele stove, Siemens dishwasher, oven and high-quality cutlery. But the best thing about the apartment is the view. It's just great to always see the sea. At noon and in the evening, the sun shone wonderfully into the apartment, which we found very pleasant. With the bicycles, the south beach / promenade was within easy reach. We would definitely recommend Lea's apartment to our friends.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We were already Kristin's guests for the second time and this time we felt super comfortable. The contact is pleasant, friendly and fast. And the accommodation itself is so beautiful and cozy that it is not bad if the weather does not cooperate. If you have forgotten your book for rainy days, you will find a good selection on site. ☺️ In front of the door you can walk, jog - and do water sports! A great school for kitesurfing, sup and wingfoil is a few steps away on the campsite - and there is also a cute beach bar for a drink at sunset. Everything is great. We will be happy to come back! Super vacation home, there's no other way to describe it. The apartment is very easily accessible from Rügendamm and yet quiet, surrounded by nature. However, you have to drive to get to a business. Altefähr is within walking distance in about 3 km. In about 5 minutes, however, you can also reach Stralsund by car. The rest of the island of Rügen is also easily accessible. The apartment had everything you needed. In addition to a really impressive size, a beautiful terrace to the SW side with a view in the direction of Stralsund, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. The furniture makes a high-quality impression. In particular, the dining table was great. The kitchen appliances also worked perfectly and yes, we have never seen such a clean toaster. There is no Wi-Fi, but that was actually quite good. The statement “No hot water” in the listing was a bit confusing, but of course we didn't have to freeze or take a cold shower.
