Brand new and modernly equipped bungalow with terrace, parking and direct access to the water. Access from the parking lot to the bathroom and bedroom is barrier-free. Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

The newly renovated 45 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the manor house on a partially renovated four-sided courtyard. It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights.
