It has a shower room, smart TV, Nespresso machine, microwave, hob, kettle and crockery and is located on the 3rd floor. It has a size of about 22 square meters. We are very centrally located. The nearest metro station "Poccistrasse" is only 100m away. The Theresienwiese meadow with the famous Oktoberfest can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
