Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Holznest - your vacation in a cozy wooden house

We will welcome you to the Holznest! Your cozy cottage with wooden hut flair. You can expect natural materials and sustainability on two levels in our 2022 completed solid wood house. Downstairs is the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rain shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Discover the beautiful nature that surrounds us here in Berchtesgaden National Park.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

Our spacious accommodation is located in the middle of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Watzmann and Königssee are world famous. Whether sports or relaxation - Schönau and its surroundings offer something for every taste. Enjoy the mountain panorama from your own terrace. The price is for the entire apartment plus tourist tax of €2.60, from March 2023 €3.10 per person per night (to be paid separately).
