Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Each bedroom can accommodate two people, and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate one person, for a total of 5 guests. The entire house is air-conditioned.
