A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at the house for a month. Everything was great. The house was super clean and everything you needed was there. I will always be happy to come back!

Everything was excellent, quiet area and very clean house with everything you need, well maybe a juice juicer was missing, but I made up for it with a source for cold and hot water, but everything else to perfection, we will repeat for sure

We had a great time here. The appartment is very well located and it surpassed our expectations.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

I only have good things to say about Iker, his apartment and the local team. The apartment was well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a couple of pleasant local cafes. The old town was an easy 10 minute walk away and that was delightful too with welcoming bars and restaurants. Axta stood out as an outstanding find at very fair prices for the quality. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable break.

Jose Manuel and Virginia are amazing. They were all the time attentive from the minute before, before accepting the reservation and everything was great. Then when we got to the house, everything was super equipped. They explained everything about the house, which was not missing a parsley. The kitchen had anything you could imagine of utensils. The spacious rooms and the perfect and clean sheets, very comfortable beds. Also, they had several games there to use, and that made us the end! The outdoor area is a fantasy, the pool was very clean, cared for; the barbecue area is super good, everything is great; the outdoor table extendable and on top a small toilet and a refrigerator outside so as not to enter the house wet. A success completely. I recommend it 100%

We had 4 very nice days in Ismael's stay. Everything was wonderfully clean and the stay is cozy! We recommend renting a car so you can see a lot of the area. Walking to the supermarket is possible in 15 minutes. The village of Chiclana is a little further away. Ismael is a great and helpful host!

It was one of the best places I've been, very private, natural surroundings, amazing views, great fine restaurant a few meters away, very clean and the most important the host is very helpful and friendly. Es uno de los mejores lugares que hemos estado, muy privado, un entorno natural con vistas hermosas, hay un restaurant de lujo a solo unos metros, muy limpio y lo mas importante la anfitriona es muy amistosa y ayuda mucho.

Rocio was very attentive and took care of every detail, we are very grateful for the special weekend we were able to enjoy

Incredible house! It has beautiful views of the sea from the terrace which is great to have morning coffee and watch the sunset from, comfy beds, is right on the beach and close to lots of great restaurants in town, has three nice bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay again! Georgina is very friendly and responsive and it was all super easy. To note one of the bedrooms has bunkbeds instead of single beds. Our only feedback is the wifi is decent but not always fully reliable for working/video calls.

Perfect house to be with your family or with friends. Located in a very quiet area next to the marshes to be able to walk or play sports. Very attentive and friendly farmhouses that make your stay more pleasant.

We have had a long stay of 6 months at Retama Beach, so I will give a detailed, honest review as we got to know the place very well. We chose to book this rental for our family while we began the process of emigrating to Spain from the UK. The Hosts - Davinia and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, their advice has truely been invaluable for us!! They live next door but are very respectful of guests privacy. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. Fantastic hosts!! The House - The house feels alot bigger in person, compared to the photos, as the ceilings are very high. As a family of 3 and 2 dogs, we had more than enough space to live comfortably during our stay. On first impressions, it is very fresh, bright and clean. The beds are also very comfortable in both rooms. I was concerned about the kitchen after reading past reviews, but I found I was able to cook family meals without a problem, even a Christmas roast dinner with all the trimmings!! It isn't
